The Traffic Warlock
Steve Clark, Traffic Warlock, is a boss enemy in Tactical Breach Wizards. He is a powerful wizard on the police force who can summon ghost cars full of ghost skeletons to strike his foes. He is on Liv's team alongside Bori Kesh and Rion.
Whilst he was a traffic cop with the Rushwater PD, he was considered as the "departement's darling" and even had a fanclub. Based off of him being the departement's darling, it's safe to assume that his fanclub is most likely made up of the other police at Rushwater PD.
He is shown to be very interested and desperate in saving his own hide as shown in the end credits when he conjures a plot that paints him as the undercover hero with Liv Kennedy wrapped around his finger. He even goes as far to say that the floor glyph meant to drop the mana reserves through the ceiling into the mines was all his doing when in reality it was Jen Kellen who created the plan and enacted it.
During his time with the Rushwater PD and throughout the entire game, he is shown to have a rivalry with Jen Kellen, a private investigator who helps Rushwater PD with their missing people cases. When both Jen and Steve are present during a campaign level, they will argue through the breach door. It usually starts with Steve overhearing Jen insult him. He has remarkable hearing, being able to hear from outside of the room he is currently in.
Description[]
The Traffic Warlock wears a death's-head mask, a safety-yellow hooded robe with reflective white stripes, and dark boots with pointed toes that are curled upward. He wields a wizard staff which is topped with a set of traffic lights. His signature ability is to summon ghost cars that travel forward along a straight path 3 squares wide, inflicting damage to everyone in their path, enemies and allies alike.
Abilities[]
Crushhour: Summons blue ghost traffic the width of three squares along a straight path, damaging both allies and foes, giving them knockback. The move ignores walls and objects, passing right through them.
Trivia[]
- When Bori Kesh gets hit by Steve Clark's Crushhour move, Bori says "What the hell, Steve?" and Steve responds with "Always look both ways, Bori." You also get a Steam achivement.
